The petition requests a remedy for summons outside the realm to the court of Rome, on matters concerning the King's right, specifically for summons issued to Robert de Baldok concerning the church of Aylesbury, to William de Ayrmynne concerning the church of Leighton Buzzard, and to William de Bevercote concerning the church of Rampton. It asks that writs of inhibition might be issued to prevent these people leaving the realm or sending proctors to conduct their business outside the realm, and writs to the Constable and Warden of the Cinque Ports to arrest them and prevent them crossing.
