Raymond de Caberok of Moissac, John Dallayre of Moissac, Bartholomew de la Roque of Rabastens and Bertran de Quarriers of Villedieu, merchants, state that a ship of theirs was attacked and robbed by men who took the ship and merchandise to Cornwall. Their goods have been identified by the marks with which the wines are marked, and attached and seized. They ask that these goods might be returned to them or to their proctors.

Formerly enclosed with no.5699 of C 81/114, which is damaged, but which dated from 14 Edward II (8 July 1320-7 July 1321). CPR 1317-21 p.538 is dated 4 August 1320. No.5699 of C 81/114 gives the name of one of the petitioners as John Balayre.
