Nature of request
John de Schrovesbury states that because William Box forfeited a ship because some on the wools in it had not had customs and subsidy paid on them, he, wrongly thinking that John was one of those who had caused this forfeiture, came to John's house when he was at sea and threatened his wife with the destruction of her husband, so that she gave him money and rings, without John's consent; and he has done this to others also. John requests a remedy.
Nature of endorsement
He is to sue a writ in Chancery at common law.
