- Nature of request
- The Prior of St Michael's Mount states that Ralph Bloyhowe has refused to return the Prior's lands and tenements, although he has been ordered by the King to do so. He requests the King's letters to his Chancellor to make a commission to John le Ercedekne and to those whom he wishes to assign to be the Prior's keeper of the fortress of the Priory and of its lands and tenements, paying an annual sum to the Exchequer as has been ordained by the council, and to send a letter to Ralph to surrender the fortress and possessions, with their issues, to John and the others, rendering a reasonable account for his time.
