[On face] He is to have a writ of the great seal on this to the Treasurer and Barons of the Dublin Exchequer.It is advised by some people that it would be good for Richard to be sworn of the King's council in Ireland, if he please.[Possibly deleted] An order is to be given to the Justiciar of Ireland on this, if it seems to him that it is to the King's advantage.[None on dorse]
