[This petition is damaged.]Ingelram de Coucy, Seigneur de Coucy, states that by the terms of the agreement made between the King and the late King of France, all lands and tenements seized into the hands of either of the kings because of the war should be redelivered to their previous owners or to their heirs, and requests the delivery of certain lands in Scotland formerly belonging to his grandfather.

Datable to after 1364, with reference to the death of John II of France, and also to CPR 1361-4 p.427, which is dated 27 August 1363 (although of course this refers to different lands); tentatively datable to before 1366 because the petitioner does not refer to himself as Earl of Bedford, a title which he was given on 11 May 1366.
