- William Rynck, burgess of Tholen, states that a ship of his was seized off the coast of Flanders on 9 April last by ships of Sandwich, but that he has never been able to have compensation for it or its contents. He requests compensation and recompense for his damages.

- [On face] Draft of a writ to the customs officers and searcher of Sandwich, asking them to release all the petitioner's goods, and those of other merchants of Holland and Zeeland, on which customs have duly been paid, or, if there is some reason why this should not be done, the searcher should appear in Chancery as soon as possible to explain this.[None on dorse]
