Dated 6 December, 9 Henry IV (1407). Thomas Neville, Lord Furnival, had died on 14 March 1407. A note on the guard states that this petition was apparently attached in error to SC 8/191/9505 and SC 8/191/9506; another on the document itself that it was taken from the back of a memorandum.
