Complaint against Mr Sanderson, the Chief Justice of Grenada; several related enclosures including judicial notes of evidence, printed 'Appendix of Official Correspondence and Documents referred to in the Letter and Representation of the Bar of Grenada addressed to His Majesty's Principle Secretary of State for the Colonies', printed 'Appendix of Official Correspondence and Documents referred to in the Letter and Representation of the Chief Justice of Grenada addressed to His Majesty's Principle Secretary of State for the Colonies', and draft reply from the Secretary of State; Attorney General complains that the Court has infringed the prerogative of the Crown by discharging Catherine Ker of the indictment in which she was accused as an accessary after the fact in that indictment charged.
