[This petition is damaged and incomplete.]The Duke of York requests that he be restored to possession of lands in Yorkshire held during the minority of Philip Darcy, from which he has been ousted by Umfraville. He states that these were held by the former Archbishop of Canterbury, who granted them to Roos and others, who then granted them to him, but he has since been dispossessed.
