Prince Richard requests that the chancellor issue letters allowing him all the rights and franchises which his father held in the shrievalty of Cornwall and the fees appurtenant to the Duchy, and also such charters as his father had regarding 200 marks of rent out of the customs of London, granted to him in compensation for the same sum taken annually by the Earl of Salisbury from the stannaries of Cornwall. He also requests that letters be sent to the Treasurer and Barons of the Exchequer regarding such rights.
