Nature of request
Richard Arundell requests the restoration of various lands in Northumberland with their associated rights, which he had enfeoffed to the Earl of Northumberland and others, and which had since been re-enfeoffed to Henry Percy, the Earl's son. These lands are now in the king's hands following Percy's forfeiture. He also requests that he be granted an annuity of 100 marks, the keeping of Rochester castle, the manor of Banstead with the advowson of the church of Walton, and the keeping of Bamburgh castle.
