- Reginald de Bysquele requests that he be granted the bailiwick and castle of Penne in the Agenais, the rent of Dureford and the castellanry of Monsegur, all in the hands of the enemy, and £30 or £40 from the customs of Bordeaux in the meantime, until those lands come into the king's possession.

- Because he has served and still serves the king loyally within the duchy, he should be granted the places requested for 100 marks per year for life, and if the places are worth more he should answer for the surplus before the constable, and until the places come into the hands of the king he should have £30 per year from the customs.
