Note
Robert de Faryngton was active for much of the latter half of Richard II's reign, and beyond. However, he presented two other petitions in 1398 (SC 8/253/12628, 12630), and the handwriting of these appears very similar in style. Each also has a similar filing hole in the left half, suggesting they may once have been filed together.
