- The requested pardons were granted on 13 April 1350, although Collamwode's pardon is said to have been at the request of John de Coupeland, and Assheton's at the request of Matthew de Assheton, both on the information of Henry de Ingelby. As such, the true petitioner may in fact be Ingelby.
