Richard Lescrop states that Grosvenour has refused to plead in his appeal against the decision in the court of chivalry between them regarding a coat of arms, claiming that Lescrop obtained the commission by fraud, and that the king has revoked the commission. He states that this is not true, and requests that the king order the commissioners to prevent further delays from Grosvenour, and to try the case.
