Hugh Dun requests pardon of his outlawry for non-appearance to answer the charge that he raped Agnes, daughter of Robert atte Lowe, as he was in the king's service in Scotland.

Note
Dated on the guard to 1304, as the petitioner received a pardon for this outlawry on 10 January 1304. However, a writ on this matter (SC 8/185/9216), ordering the justices to send the king a copy of the presentment from the roll of the eyre, is dated 6 January 1302, suggesting that the original petition was presented around that time.
