Note (Additional information about the record)
- Dated on the guard to 1304, as the petitioner received a pardon for this outlawry on 10 January 1304. However, a writ on this matter (SC 8/185/9216), ordering the justices to send the king a copy of the presentment from the roll of the eyre, is dated 6 January 1302, suggesting that the original petition was presented around that time.
