Robert Wyne requests pardon on account of his long service to the king in war, and in the garrison of Calais. He states that he has been indicted of a robbery at Weston's manor of Long Stow in Huntingdonshire, and of breaking out of the prison at Cambridge.

Dated on the guard to c. 1374, with reference to entries on the patent and close rolls from that year relating to crimes committed by a man of this name in Huntingdonshire (CPR 1374-7, p.55 & CCR 1374-7, pp.42-3). However, a copy of this petition appears on a list of petitions at SC 8/185/9213 (a continuation from SC 8/185/9212), which appears to be an enrolled copy of various petitions dating from 1350.
