The petitioners request a commission into their claims that people shipping wool at the Wool Quay in London are not paying the charges for the tronage and pesage of their wool and wool fells as the rest of England and Wales. They ask that the records of the customers be examined, to establish what the accustomed payments at the Wool Quay should be.
