- Balthasar Lumbard requests that a commission be issued to the mayors and sheriffs of King's Lynn, Norwich and Great Yarmouth, ordering them to enquire into any sums owed to Prioore. They should arrest all goods relating to any such debts, and Prioore himself if they find him, and hold them until all sums owed to Lumbard are recovered, as he owes the money to the Queen.
