- Christian Kelmar requests that he be allowed the same freedoms in England as native Englishmen, and be charged the same customs revenues. He states that he was born in a Hanse town of the Emperor, and was a member of the Hanse for over 30 years until he was expelled on the false accusation that he paid more customs than he should. The mayor and aldermen of London have since admitted him as a freeman of the city.
