Robert Howard requests that the king order Morley and his colleagues to stay all proceedings in an assize of oyer et terminer into an alleged trespass by Howard and others at Bressingham. He states that this was brought maliciously by Noon in retaliation for an assize brought against him by Howard and his wife over free tenements in Bressingham, Fersfield and Tilney, and that for a long time he has been ill at East Winch, over twenty leagues from Bressingham.
