The Abbot of St Albans requests letters to Bealknap and his fellow justices, ordering them to proceed to judgment in an assize of novel disseisin brought by the abbot, with the assistance of the Duke of Lancaster, against Cary, Wyndesore and others regarding tenements in Oxhey and Rickmansworth, notwithstanding letters of protection presented by Wyndesore.
