The petitioners request that the king order the arrest of Legh, Goldyngton, Goldsmyth and Clerk, who gathered a band of 80 armed men, rode around the town of St Neots until they reached their town of Little Barford, where they attacked their manor, stealing goods and documents.

Note
Dated on the guard to c. 1388, with reference to an unrelated recognisance from that year (CCR 1385-9, p.614). Sibyl and Hugh must have been married by that date, and Hugh died in 1399.
