Note
The requested order was issued on 24 June 1308. This document appears to have been a supplementary petition from the count in support of his servant Menaud, who was acting as attorney for the king's creditors. The petition in all likelihood dates to 1308 as the Chancery warrant which was linked to SC 8/233/11648 does in fact seem to have enclosed this petition as the stitching is identical, and both C 81/60/219 and SC 8/182/9088 have the same stamps on the dorse.
