Breouse requests the appointment of justices to enquire into a breach of his rights in his honour of Bramber in Sussex. He states that William and Margaret Paynel entered the honour while he was in the king's service in Scotland, and unjustly prevented his bailiffs from exercising his right of wreck and other privileges.
