Nailler and Shippere, merchants of Denmark and masters of two ships of Aalborg, request a second commission to Topclif, ordering him to charge Harwod and others to restore to the petitioners their ships and cargo, or to arrest them and bring them before the king. One such commission has already been issued to Topclif, charging Harwod and others to make restoration of the ships and cargo or the equivalent value, or to appear before the king and council, but this has not happened, and the men have not appeared.
