Gonzalo Moro, ambassador of the King of Spain, requests action on two points.1) He requests the arrest and restitution of certain ships from Seville, belonging to Piacenzan merchants from Piedmont, Lombards living in Seville, which were seized at sea with their cargo by people from Plymouth.2) He requests similar arrest and restitution of a ship of Bilbao, owned by Diego Lopez de Astunyga, a Spanish baron, which was seized with its cargo of iron and other goods by Pay.
