Princess Joan requests that, whereas the king has granted two-thirds of the lands and other property lately of her husband, Prince Edward, to their son, Prince Richard, and the other third to her for her dower, to avoid delays in Chancery he may instead grant that Prince Richard receive all three parts of the lands, together with all profits and revenues from the lands from the day of Prince Edward's death, so that he can then grant her dower.
