[This petition is badly stained and illegible in places.]Hugh Luttrell requests the staying of any action against him regarding debts owed by him in relation to the farms of the manors and hundreds of Milton and Marden, and other debts, and recounts details of sums owed to him from the arrears of annuities granted by Richard II.

Order of 12 May 5 Henry IV to the Treasurer and Barons of the Exchequer to cease process against the petitioner, made before the chancellor, the keeper of the privy seal, Bishop of Bath, Lord Berkeley, H. Waterton, Arnold Savage, and John Doreward.
