Nature of request
The petitioner makes two requests on behalf of himself and his company.1) He requests payment of the remainder of a debt of £3448 16s 7½d owed to his company. Although the king made an assignment from the profits of vacant archbishoprics, bishoprics, abbeys and priories, only £350 has been received.2) He requests that the king ensure the payment of a debt of £121 15d owed to his company by Anthony, late Bishop of Durham. The king has appointed Foxle and Wylughby as administrators of the goods of the bishop, but the company has not yet received payment.1)

Regarding the first petition the Treasurer and Barons of the Exchequer are ordered to do as requested.2) Concerning the second petition they should do as requested.
