- Alen and Haugh request the execution of a writ to the sheriff of London authorising the seizure of the goods of the company of the Scala in settlement of a debt of £360. Five days after the writ was issued, the king's father seized the goods of the company into his own hands, and therefore they request orders to the chancellor to authorise the sheriff to execute the writ and deliver the goods to them.
