[This petition is damaged and illegible in places.]William Latimer requests pardon for various offences committed while he was lieutenant of the king at Becherel in the duchy of Brittany, including ransoms and profits not handed to the king, misrule of the king's affairs, loans made to the king's damage, letters allowing export of wool to places other than the Calais staple, and unauthorised impositions of wool.

Memorandum that the king gave this bill to John Knyvet, then chancellor, at Havering-atte-Bower, in the presence of John, King of Castile and Duke of Lancaster, the Bishops of Lincoln and Worcester, Beauchamp, Ashton, Carreu, Ravenser, Skirlawe, the clerks of chancery and others, that they may produce a charter of pardon for all things contained within the bill, on 8 October.
