Note
Dated in the dating clause to 16 November 1295. Given the style of the handwriting, this would appear to be the original writ rather than a copy, but it was almost certainly presented as evidence alongside SC 8/179/8910, a petition from a later abbot into this matter, along with the other documents noted here.
