Nature of request
Elsefeld requests that the chancellor be commanded to search for the inquisition and process relating to £10 of land and rent that he has been claiming as part of his inheritance in parliament to parliament in the time of the king's father, and that justice be done to him on it. It was taken into the hands of the late king because of the forfeiture of Stratton, but he only had a life interest by lease.
