- Walker requests letters patent presenting him to the priory of Flanesford. He has been presented to the priory by Waterton by virtue of a farm that he holds of the king of Goodrich Castle by the minority of the heir of Richard, lord Talbot, but the presentation holds no force as Waterton's patents do not expressly grant him the advowsons of churches and other benefices.
