Nature of request
The Arundells request that the chancellor be commanded to restore their manor of Connerton with Penwith hundred to them as law demands, as they were granted to Tresilian by the king during John Arundell's minority, but he granted them to John Arundell following his marriage to Tresilian's daughter. The manor and hundred are now taken into the king's hand because of Tresilian's forfeiture.
