Nature of request
Kerseye requests an oyer and terminer to examine the outrages committed against him, and he requests that Staunton, Suthcote, Foxley, and Beufou be assigned. Rucote and others came to his houses at Bayworth and Sunningwell and took away his goods and chattels to his great damage, and le Pouere and others came to Abingdon and took him and imprisoned him against the peace.
