- Wynerc requests a grant of the sergeanty of the Ombriere of Bordeaux for his long service as he was granted the 'turrage' of the castle of Bordeaux by the king's father, but he was unable to have possession because the king granted the duchy to his son the current king.

- Let the petition be directed to the constable of Bordeaux that he inform himself of the things contained in the petition, and if he finds that the king did grant this as the petition alleges, and if he is suitable he is to be received to this office.

- The petition is dated to c. 1327 as the contents make it clear that the petitioner received a grant from Edward II, the late king, which was not enacted because the king granted the duchy to his son who was the king at the time of the submission of the petition so making it in or after c. 1327.
