Nature of request
Petition in ten parts, from various people, all seemingly Breton merchants or sailors. They all appear to request the restoration of their ships and cargo, but the document has suffered extensive damage, and this, coupled with the indistinct handwriting, makes the sense of many of the requests difficult to reconstruct. The precise spelling of many of the personal names is also unclear.
