[Petition in 2 parts].1) The mayor and commonalty request that the king reserve the deliverance of the earl of Ulster to himself, as they despair of having justice before any justice in Ireland who has land to lose in Ireland.2) They further request that only the king should have the release of felons because of the bribery of ministers in Ireland; and they request this for their neighbours of Drogheda.
