- Galssem requests that the seneschal of Gascony be commanded to examine the matter of the sentence of banishment against Loser for the death of his father, for the sentence has been repealed and pardoned by Lancaster. Galssem states that Loser has returned to La Reole to his great damage, and that he was wrongly pardoned as the pardons were only issued for those who were banished for contumacy and not those who had consented to a sentence as Loser had done.
