[Petition in 15 parts].Moreton requests remedy against the treasurer on various complaints:1) Moreton complains that the treasurer has been bribed by the steward of Theobald de Verdun to delay execution of the money and damages awarded to Moreton by le Brun against Verdun.2) Moreton complains that the treasurer by malice and colour of his office and looking for a way to harm him forejudged of 20 casks of wine to his great damage3) Moreton requests remedy against the treasurer who imprisoned him for 4 days by malice and without reason.4) He complains that the treasurer wrongfully levied 7 marks of his goods when he owed nothing to the king.5) He complains that the treasurer imprisoned him for the debt of Bree when he was not his pledge, heir or executor.6) He complains that whereas Deter has plainly acknowledged in the Exchequer of Dublin that he is bound to Moreton in £100, the treasurer will not give him a writ of execution and has adjourned him.7) He complains that when he was mayor of Dublin the treasurer without reason and looking for a reason to harm him imprisoned him for 4 days.8) The mayor complains that the treasurer without reason imprisoned him for a day.9) The mayor complains that the treasurer without reason imprisoned him for 4 days.10) The mayor complains that the treasurer without reason imprisoned him for 6 days.11) The mayor complains that the treasurer without reason imprisoned him for 6 days . . .12) The mayor complains that the treasurer without reason imprisoned him for 5 days.13) The mayor complains that the treasurer without reason imprisoned him for 10 days.14) Moreton complains that the treasurer has distrained him for no reason and by malice and colour of his office . . . though he owes nothing to the king.15) Moreton complains that the treasurer seeking to stop his passage to the court to seek remedy . . . made to issue writs and bills out of the Exchequer . . . and imprisoned him.
