[Petition in 2 parts].1) Aton requests remedy as the king received his homage for the lands of Vescy whose cousin and heir he was, however, the manor of Malton was not delivered to him and the king ordered the escheator to give Aton full seisin which he eventually did, ejecting Comyn and her tenants. She has now recovered 100 marks against him and he will be ruined.2) Aton requests that the execution of the 100 marks be delayed, and that Joan find sufficient surety to answer him for the issues that she received from the manor of Malton after the day in November that he should have had seisin, as he has taken a writ for her to answer for the sums but she has no lands to distrain on in England.
