Nature of request
Selby requests that he be pardoned of all felonies, robberies, homicides and other things, and that he be granted life and limb and all his lands and tenements entirely and freely as he held them at the day that the felonies were first laid against him.
Nature of endorsement
He should have his charter of pardon concerning the outlawries, felonies and trespass, and he should have restitution of his lands that are in the king's hand, and he should sue at the common law for the lands that are in the hands of others..
Note
The petition dates to 1327 as the petitioner was granted a pardon on 13 March 1327 (CPR 1327-30, p.36).
