The petition is badly damaged, and although the sense is clear, the detail is difficult to recover].Colswayn requests . . . as he and others were impleaded for tenements in Long Bredy and Symondsbury and by evil oaths of jurors in certain . . . and execution of this was made . . . came into the treasury and Colswayn sued . . . the record of the plea of the assize and the verdict . . .
