Nature of request
The people of the island request that the bailiffs of the island be commanded to rebuild the mills, and they will make the services to them as before. The mills were destroyed in the war along with all the people's possessions, and the bailiffs are attempting to force them to rebuild the mills.
Nature of endorsement
Concerning the rebuilding of the mills, let it be commanded to Cobham and his bailiffs that they cease until they have another order.
