Harcla requests that she is able to have the lands in White Hall in which she was jointly enfoeffed with her late husband, and her dower in his other lands, as her husband enfeoffed Andrew de Harcla of White Hall and of other of his lands for John de Harcla's life, but these have come into the king's hand by Andrew Harcla's forfeiture.

The petition is dated to c. 1327 as the petitioner was restored to part of the lands she was requesting in the petition on 16 February 1327, and there was a detailed inquisition into the Harcla lands in mid 1329 (CIM 1307-49, no.1072; CCR 1327-30, p.32).
