The duke requests a grant of the wardship and marriage of Richard Despenser with all the castles, manors, lands and tenements.
Nature of endorsement
[On face].11 May 1403, the council [named] are agreed that the duke can have the wardship for his costs and wages when he served as lieutenant in Guyenne, which matter was reported to the king and is his will and is to be put in execution.[On dorse, none].
