- Let a writ be sent to the justices of the Common Bench containing the effect of the petition [obscured by repair] . . . to the profit of the king.

Note (Additional information about the record)
- The petition is dated to 1332-1341 based upon the tenures of office of the two petitioners. John Woddhouse's tenure of the office of clerk of the Hanaper was from 1328 to 1340 (Tout, Chapters in Med. Admin. History, (1928), p76 n.3). Hildesle's tenure of the office of chancellor of the Exchequer lasted from 1334 to 1341 (List and Index, Special Series, vol. 18 (1983), p.36).
